These shoes are really well made. Double stitching throughout and if that’s not enough the tongue of the shoes is stitched to one of the sides making it so it cannot slide down into the shoe. The support was a lot for my daughter at first, so we had to gradually increase the amount of time she wears the shoes. She pronates and has flat feet. These shoes have helped a lot.

We have gone through countless shoes with my son. He has extremely bad pronation and flat foot to where he couldn’t wear any kind of shoe and I was starting to lose hope. I took a leap and got these to try and I am so thankful I did. They are truly so good!! He loves them, they fit his foot great, and they correct his foot. He walks in them very well. So happy! Our daughter has been wearing these with the orange inserts for a year now to correct her flat feet and ankle pronation. When you purchase these, please also be sure to purchase the correct inserts if your child is not using SMOs or AFOs with them. There are instructions that come with the shoes to help you decide if your child needs inserts and which inserts to use.I am hopeful the company will make different widths of shoes at some point because our daughter has very narrow feet and these are a bit too wide. However, they still work better than any alternative we have tried.

Our daughter was walking tip-toed from the start, we consulted with 3 Specialists who all had varying diagnosis and recommendations including surgery. Surgery was not an option for us so my wife and I started looking for a practical solution and found the Princepard Princessa Corrective Orthopedic Leather Mary Jane AFO Shoes, and after doing some research decided to try the product. She has been wearing the shoes for about 6 months now and I am happy to say our Daughter is walking and running normally. The construction of the shoe makes it difficult to tip-tow so it forces the wearer to walk normally.
