Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return items if you are not satisfied with your order. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your items.

All original parts, components, and packaging must be included.
The product must show evidence of normal handling; damage due to careless handling will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, items must be kept clean before being returned.
If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, it must be reported immediately.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If approved, you will receive confirmation within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

We will provide you with the return address. Do not send the return to the sender's address; we will supply the correct address after your request.
About return postage
Under what circumstances will we bear the return postage:
When we send a product that is damaged, sent to the wrong product, we will bear the cost of returning the product. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the return postage.
